Classes, Workshops and Events
Our regular class schedule is updated weekly. Click on the links below to book a class, workshop or event or to find out more about the types of classes we offer.
Private yoga classes
Booking a 1-2-1 class can be very helpful if you want more in depth support and help to work with particular aspects of the practice. If you are a beginner, coming back to practice after a break or recovering from injury, we can work more closely with you in 1-2-1 environment, exploring movement and techniques tailored to your needs.
Beginners and new students – where to start
Everyone is welcome whether you completely new to yoga or if you have practiced before. Our classes are taught in small groups so that we can provide individual attention. The best way to start is to attend one of our regular Beginners’ courses or book a 1 to 1 session. Get in touch if you would like to know more.

Teaching yoga can feel like the best job in the world most of the time but with such a broad ranging and ever evolving subject matter, it can also feel overwhelming at times. We believe strongly in the importance of having a solid supportive community of teachers to support each other and access to in-depth training and mentorship to support your teaching practice. Get in touch if you’d like to find out more about how we can work with you.
