We believe that yoga practice is about so much more than what we do on our mat each day, it is about how we then take that practice out into our daily lives and into our community. Community is a really important part of what we do here at the Space and this page is a little window on our yoga community events.

YOGA STOPS TRAFFICK 2014
Earlier this year, our lovely yoga community and fellow teachers in Bournemouth and Poole held the annual Yoga Stops Traffick fundraising (sponsored sun salutes) event to raise awareness and funds for Odanadi India.
This year I was lucky enough to be joining the amazing people from Odanadi at Mysore Palace in India for the event and so missed out on the cake afterwards but my amazing friends and fellow teachers and all the people that came along to practice and support the event in Bournemouth have raised over £1,300 so far … and still counting which is fantastic!
Here is a little film of the event, with thanks to Natalie Cresswell, and a little clip of me and some of the Mysore crew wishing them luck beforehand …
