Acro Yoga with Natalie Cresswell

Saturday 28th June

Acro Yoga is a combination of Yoga, Acrobatics and Thai Yoga Massage. The drawing together of these three has created a dynamic and fun practice where the therapeutic elements combine with strength, movement, balance, focus, trust and ultimately connection to create an exciting way to explore your potential. Although there is a lot of partner work you don’t need to come with a partner and all levels are welcome, even those that have never rolled out a yoga mat. All you’ll need is to be prepared to try something new, share what you know and have fun!

Workshop postponed to a later date. More infomation coming soon
