Private yoga classes
Booking a 1-2-1 class can be very helpful if you want more in depth support and help to work with particular aspects of the practice. If you are a beginner, coming back to practice after a break or recovering from injury, we can work more closely with you in 1-2-1 environment, exploring movement and techniques tailored to your needs.
Beginners and new students – where to start
Everyone is welcome whether you completely new to yoga or if you have practiced before. Our classes are taught in small groups so that we can provide individual attention. The best way to start is to attend one of our regular Beginners’ courses or book a 1 to 1 session. Get in touch if you would like to know more.
