Yoga practices are a means of developing a deeper connection to our self and the world around us, through awareness of our breath, body and mind. Practiced with consistency over time, these practices are incredible tools for finding stability and ease, not just in our body, but in our mind too. This informs our relationships with the world and those close to us, so that we are better able to respond with steadiness and clarity to whatever life may bring.
We welcome everyone to our practice community, whatever your previous experience, and we are committing to making the spaces we hold as accessible as possible. All of our classes are taught in small groups so that we can provide individual attention and support.

Classes at the Space, Workshops and Events

Private Classes – Yoga or Somatic Movement
Booking a 1-2-1 class can be very helpful if you want more in depth support and help to work with particular aspects of the practice. If you are a beginner, coming back to practice after a break or recovering from injury, we can work more closely with you in 1-2-1 environment, exploring movement and techniques tailored to your needs.
New Students – Start here
If you are new to yoga, we recommend booking a 1 to 1 session or beginner’s course to start with. We run in-person courses throughout the year and have also created an in-depth online course too, which you can work through at your own pace. This can also be combined with live streamed 1-2-1 class if you would like additional support.
