Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in for practice and layers for when we are sitting.  As each day involves the opportunity for a beach walk at lunchtime, bring suitable footwear and outdoor coats etc. And for those of you that are crazy / hardy swimmers, bring your swimming gear if you’d like to swim in the sea (which will be very cold in April!)

We have a fully equipped yoga space with mats, blankets etc. so you can borrow a mat if you don’t have one of your own.  We also have a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating which makes for a perfect cosy setting if the weather is cool.  This time of year can be beautifully warm and sunny or still quite cold so pack layers for all eventualities.

Our Location and the Yoga Space

Our Location and the Yoga Space

The Space is a beautiful yoga space in a very special part of Dorset. Studland.  We are situated on the Jurassic coast in the beautiful seaside village of Studland, surrounded by stunning countryside and just minutes from the beach. This former Wesleyan Chapel has been renovated to create a light, bright and warm practice space, with underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove to keep it cosy on Winter days.

The yoga space is fully equipped with mats, blankets, props etc so there is no need to bring anything unless you would prefer to use your own mat.  We have a bathroom with shower facilities and a little garden to the front.
